All the fun of the circus comes to Bradley Stoke’s Jubilee Centre tomorrow (Thursday 11th February) at 11.30am & 2pm when television’s National Clown Theatre stages its all-new, interactive, laughter-packed stage show ‘Cartoon Circus Live’.
Combining the comedy of pantomime with the thrill of the circus the 80-minute show features some of Britain’s funniest clowns, traditional slapstick comedy, magic, illusions, balancing, high flying diabolos, cartoon characters, plate spinning, an acrobatic human slinky, puppets, prizes and surprises. There is even a performing piranha.
“We are delighted to be coming to Bradley Stoke for the very first time,” said Charlie Cheesecake, the show’s chief laughter maker.
“We are bringing bucketfuls of laughs and gallons of fun. It’s a show for all the family, whatever the weather.”
All tickets are only £5 and are available from 01384 423496.
Also on Thursday, at Bradley Stoke Library, between 10.30am and 12noon, there’s a free dinosaur-themed craft session for children aged 4 to 11. Parental supervision is required.
On Friday (12th February), the Willow Brook Centre hosts a free Lego workshop between 11am and 3pm.
