Simon,
We have been told by the Willow Brook Centre that six units are under offer to four different tenants.
Units 5, 6 & 7 in the Town Square are to be combined as a single restaurant.
The other units under offer are numbers 1 & 6 in the retail terrace and number 7 in the mall.
The Centre management say they are currently in the final stage of the process and will be able to announce the names of the occupiers shortly.
Unofficially, you can expect an estate agent to be relocating from elsewhere in town into one of the units.
Other than that, we know from previous reports that New Look, Bottelino’s and Boots have been in discussions at various times in the past two years but had understood that the latter two had dropped out.
We’ll let you know as soon as we get some concrete news.

I heard rumours of a Next store opening, this would be good.
