Bradley Stoke Fireworks 2009
Missing your Fireworks this year? Come to Bradley Stoke!
The Bristol Downs Firework Fiesta may have been scrapped but the Bradley Stoke Town Council display, already regarded as one of the best displays in the area, will still go ahead as planned and what’s more it’s free!
Taking place on Sunday 8th November at the Jubilee Centre, Savages Wood Road, Bradley Stoke BS32 8HL [map], this professionally run display by Kimbolton Fireworks raises money for the Mayor’s charities, which this year are BLESMA (British Limbless Ex-Servicemen’s Association) and the Bristol Dyslexia Centre.
Gates open 4:30pm; Food from 4:45pm; Display starts 6pm
Ample parking is available at the town’s Willow Brook Shopping Centre [map] and gates open at 4.30pm for a display starting at 6pm.
Hot food and drinks are served from 4.45pm.
A spokesperson for the council said:
“The display is always popular and we hope this year to have a better turn out than ever.”
adding:
“We don’t charge an entry fee but hope that the public will give generously to two very worthy causes.”
