Police are appealing for help or information after a woman reported that she had been sexually assaulted in Bradley Stoke.
It happened at around 10.40pm on Sunday 19th October. The 44-year-old woman was walking home along a path that runs beside Savages Wood on Bradley Stoke Way.
A man came up from behind and grabbed her, but she managed to elbow him and break free and run away. She was shocked but not physically hurt.
The man is described as white, in his 30s, of medium build and taller than 5ft 6ins. He had mousey brown scruffy hair and was wearing dark trousers and a black hooded top that he pulled up over his head.
Anyone who saw anything suspicious or who has any information is asked to call 101 and quote reference number 108957/14.

This is worrying…. We don’t tend to hear much about this sort of thing in Bradley Stoke. Hope the lady is ok!
