Council proposes Toucan crossing conversions

South Gloucestershire Council (SGC) has announced plans to replace Pelican crossings on Bradley Stoke Way and Savages Wood Road with “Toucan” alternatives. Notices displayed at the two crossings state that the proposals are being made after “consultation with the chief officer of police”. Maps and statements of reasons will be available on the SGC website and at Bradley Stoke Library.

Service changes for bus routes 73 and 74

First Group has announced changes to the 73 service, which links Cribbs Causeway to the City Centre via Bradley Stoke. The timings along certain journeys have been altered by 1-2 minutes to provide a more reliable service.
