To register a complaint, go to to the Contact Us page on the First Bristol, Bath and the West website and select ‘Problem with your journey?’ After checking the ‘Problem with your journey’ FAQs, you might then wish to register a complaint by choosing ‘Get in touch’ followed by ‘Reporting an issue’.
