We’ve been seeing a lot of complaints on Twitter about issues with the T1 express bus service which passes through Bradley Stoke on its route between Thornbury and Bristol city centre.
The service received a lot of positive comment when it started back in May 2018, but things seem to have gone downhill in recent weeks, with ‘no shows’ and buses sailing past stops because they are full (possibly as a result of a previous ‘no show’).

@FirstBSA again the T1 is making me late for work?! Why is this service so unreliable “unforsceen circumstances” is not a valid response or reason for this route to be so repetitively useless! Sort it out!!!

How long is this going to go on for? My bus was cancelled this morning , the T1 is constantly late or cancelled, it's ridiculous. Every time I ask one of you about this I'm met with ' we will look into this' but nothing is ever done about it

Thank you for getting back to me about today's missing bus. But it's the 4th T1 that's failed to show in the last 2 weeks, the other 3 were all early morning services to Bristol . It's so frustrating that this once reliable service is now not 😔

@FirstBSA my normal T1 service has been getting into Bristol at least 20mins late all week, so this morning I decided to catch the earlier service and it has failed to turn up. Guess I'm going to be late for the 4th day in a row #UnhappyCommuter 😔

@FirstBSA the T1 service has become very popular and a number of buses went through Bradley Stoke this morning without stopping. Please keep up the great service and lay on more buses at rush hour so nobody is left behind.

@FirstBSA The T1 bus service is excellent from Bradley Stoke to Bristol. However, you probably need to put on extra buses at peak times. It had to drive past lots of full bus stops without stopping today because it was full up.
