Willow Brook hand car wash on the cards

A hand car wash and valeting service looks set to open soon in the car park of Bradley Stoke’s Willow Brook shopping centre. A planning application has been submitted to South Gloucestershire Council by franchise company Waves Car Wash, seeking permission to change of the use of [some of the] land from “car parking” to “hand car wash and valeting
