The Hollow Tree pub/restaurant in Bradley Stoke hosted a VIP menu taster yesterday evening (Thursday 28th January) to give the local community the chance to tickle their taste buds with the latest additions to its existing ‘Two for One’ menu.
Town Mayor Roger Avenin was keen to get in on the action as well, joining local businesses and locals who had all come to sample the brand new pizza menu.
Hollow Tree manager Matt Bolton says he is delighted the community has embraced the latest additions to the menu.
“The pizzas seem to be going down a treat with our customers! It was great to see so many people from the local council and businesses joining us for our VIP launch night.”
The thin crust pizzas are topped with a rich Italian tomato passata sauce, hand finished to order with a variety of toppings, creating favourites such as ‘Lets Brie Havin’ You’ and ‘Ham-ma Mia’, then baked to crisp perfection right before your eyes. Kids can join in too, with all the taste packed into half the space with the likes of ‘This Little Piggy’, ‘Kickin’ Chicken’ and ‘Butchers Boy’.
The calzone style desserts are also proving to be really popular and not just with the kids. They also join the regular ‘Two for One’ menu favourites such as burgers, steaks and daily specials; continuing Marston’s commitment in providing quality food at great value.
