Despite the challenges of 2020, we have been making some progress on the reserve. Some were teeny tiny steps … while others, like Green Gym’s return to weekly workdays, or the improved paths project, were giant strides towards us making the best we can of the reserve and this strange year.

Grant award a welcome boost for local charity
The Brightwell in Bradley Stoke, has had some very good news that’s sure to brighten the day of their 350 members. The charity has been awarded a grant of £57,548 from the government’s Coronavirus Community Support Fund.

Bradley Stoke Youth FC (BSYFC) has boys’, mixed and girls’ teams. We are the girls’ team – playing in a league for girls only. We currently have about 80 girls training across our three teams – Under-11s (Year 5 & 6), Under-13s (Year 7 & 8) and Under-15s (Year 9 & 10).
