Police appeal after stolen BMW found abandoned in Bradley Stoke

Police are appealing for information after a BMW car stolen in a residential burglary in Alveston was found abandoned in Bradley Stoke.

Thieves broke into a house between 5pm and 9.15pm on Friday 26th October, smashing the back door. They stole car keys, two Samsung televisions and jewellery including a gold necklace with an ‘S’ pendant, two Pandora bracelets, a Welsh gold necklace and bracelet, gold and diamonds earrings and a sapphire ring.

The burglars then used the keys to steal a BMW. The car was recovered by police on Thursday 1st November after they found it abandoned in Ellan Hay Road, Bradley Stoke.

Officers have carried out house-to-house and forensic enquiries and sent a message out to Neighbourhood Watch members. Enquiries continue.
